She will be campaigning to take over from current MP Edward Timpson who has announced he is stepping down at the next election.
Aphra says, "It is a huge honour to be selected as the parliamentary candidate for Chester South and Eddisbury. This is a very special place for me and my family. I am looking forward to working hard for everyone locally, bringing my skills and experience as a small business owner and former Economic Adviser at Defra. I am grateful for the support of Association Members, and look forward to working closely with Edward Timpson to carry on the hard work and campaigns that he has delivered locally."
